When will it ever end??

So I have an excuse as to why I have not posted in a long time my computer will not let me post pictures and I promised all of you pictures last time so I was waiting. I then decided not to leave you all in the dark any longer I will go ahead and post with or without pictures.

Well today was the marathon and no I did not run it however I did enjoy driving into town last night with all of the words of encouragement telling me I rock and to keep on going. It really inspired me to drive to the best of my ability and to make it to the end. Just kidding I know that the signs were not really for me but it was fun pretending. So back to my story this morning I was able to eat breakfast with my family and watch the first half of conference before I had to head to work and as I was driving to work I was really depressed because I have to work on Saturday's and it really got me wondering "Will I ever be a stay at home mom?" For those of you that don't work with me you should know that I do not work because I want to I work because I have to for insurance we don't qualify for our own insurance because of McKenna's health problems when she was a baby (she only has one lung the other was taken out when she was an infant and the doctors have told us she would never miss the other lung). Then I get to thinking about the Church and how many people in the church have said negative comments about me being a working mom and not being home with my kids, as if it is my choice. I guess that I just have to remember to love the Church for the gospel and the teachings and not judge it because of some of the members.

Sorry I don't mean to be negative. I do have to remind myself about all of the positive things about my job (let's face it if I have to work I have it pretty good with my job.) So here are a few of the positives.
1. The people I work with- If I didn't work I would miss so many of the girls that I work with plus the lunches, family nights, and the almost daily visits from Brittney in my office! Ha Ha sorry Britt.
2. The perks- where else can you go to work and get a facial, pedicure, or massage during your shift.
3. The products- Free products from vendors, products at cost I could go on and on and on.........
4. The flexibility- I can leave work and go to a soccer game or a program at any time.

So when life hands you lemons make lemonade and realize the grass is not always greener on the other side. So long for now I will try to post some pictures next time.
